Arrival Instructions

A CancunCab.Com staff member will welcome you right OUTSIDE your arrival terminal (literally on the sidewalk!!). Our airport staff will monitor your flight to ensure your vehicle is ready whenever you arrive, this way you won't have to worry if your flight is delayed or arrives early because we already know the status of your flight and will be waiting for you at the exact time of your arrival to Cancun. If your traveling dates change, please let us know a minimum of 24 hours in advance so we can take the proper measures to have the service you booked with us ready for you.

Upon you arrival at Cancun International Airport, you will be taken first through Immigration, then you will proceed to pick up your luggage and pass through customs. This process may take some time, depending upon the number of passengers arriving. We urge you to relax; we are aware of the situation and we'll be waiting for you outside the airport.

After clearing your luggage through customs, walk outside the terminal onto the sidewalk. As you exit the terminal, you will see that there are many people promoting time share properties, car rentals as well as other travel service providers. Each person will try to attract your attention to give you information about the various services; by all means, feel free to stop but please remember we are waiting outside and we're ready to take you to the beginning of the best vacations in your life, and we would like you to start enjoying your vacation ASAP. Just look for the Yellow!! A CancunCab.Com staff member will display a sign bearing our logo (see logo on top of the page). Reach him and he will take care of the rest. Please be sure to have your reservation voucher and/or email confirmation to board the vehicle. If you have booked roundtrip service, CancunCab.Com will see that you get the proper information needed for your return to Cancun International Airport for your departure flight.
